General policies: •Arriving with dirty lashes will result in a $15 inconvenience fee. •No extra guests at your appointment. •Avoid submerging your lashes into water at least 24 hours after receiving service. Cancellation policies: •You will be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. •Changes made to appointment will not apply deposits to remaining total. •No call/ No show will result in being blocked from making any future appointments. Tardy policies: •All clients will be presented a 5 minute grace period. •6-9 minutes late will result in a $25 up charge. •After 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. Lash extension fills: •You MUST show up to your appointment with 50% or more lashes to receive a fill. •If you come to your scheduled appointment with less than 50% of your previous lashes you will be charged for a full set. •Foreign Fills will be an extra charge of $20 •no refunds on any service• Thank you for booking!!
